Key UX Challenges

The existing system suffered from legacy UI decisions, unclear data hierarchy, and overwhelming tables.

We wanted to modernize and streamline daily planning workflows without disrupting core business processes.

Conducted live shadowing of real planning sessions
Classified and prioritized UX issues (high/medium/low impact)
Designed improved table interactions, bulk editing, and override logic
Created AG-Grid prototypes and AI-coded drafts for realistic behaviour
Aligned the team with “vibecoded” early concepts
Guided developers and validated implementation
Outcome

Faster scanning and decision-making
Clear visibility and traceability of overridden data
More efficient bulk operations during planning cycles
Reduced reliance on offline spreadsheets
Stronger UX foundations for future platform evolution
